Bruvvv was hired by Netmeds.com, a licensed e-pharma portal serving over 6 million customers, to revamp their mobile app and website. The project aimed to streamline the user flow, revamp the interface for a more unified user experience, and create an original design that would distinguish it from other pharmacy apps while meeting customer requirements. Upon selection, Bruvvv embarked on an in-depth discovery phase that allowed them to understand the nature of the business, the potential problems, the target audience, and their needs. The team then developed wireframes to simplify the user experience and later worked on the high-fidelity design for the final look and feel of the app and website. The project was managed by Ayush, the Creative Director, and two designers who ensured all design feedback was addressed promptly. The successful project execution led to the transition of Bruvvv from a one-time project basis to a monthly retainer partnership. The effective communication and management of Bruvvv resulted in the app and website being launched ahead of schedule.
