BroutonLab

BroutonLab was hired by a SaaS startup to expedite the development of a web application. The team at BroutonLab provided comprehensive support throughout the stack, including frontend, REST APIs, databases, ETL, and devops. They worked closely with the startup's CTO, focusing primarily on low-level design, development, and testing. The technologies used included Python and JavaScript, web frameworks, web scraper libraries, SQL and NoSQL, and AWS. Four backend developers from BroutonLab were involved in the project and the partnership was successful, leading to a fully functioning web application for the client.

In another project, BroutonLab was contracted by Turtle.dev to assist in translating code for a hierarchical Bayesian model MCMC estimation routine from R/C++ to CUDA. This was a specialized task that required expertise in data science, machine learning, and backend development. Three developers from BroutonLab were assigned to the project, and they also performed minor frontend work to display data processing results. The project was successful, with the code translation completed as required.

BroutonLab was also engaged by a videoboard film firm to provide development support, specifically to implement an improved method for facial verification in their app. They also built AI models for the client. Two data scientists and their manager from BroutonLab worked on this project. The client found BroutonLab through Upwork and was impressed with their skills and expertise. The project is ongoing and the client has invested $300,000 so far. The client is satisfied with the work delivered by BroutonLab.
