Brixio Technologies L.L.C., operating under the name of ITFAQ, was hired by Fruitcase.ae to develop an e-commerce site for their online cake shop. The founder provided guidelines and a vision for the customer experience, which ITFAQ used to create a customized e-commerce website from scratch. They also integrated a delivery management application and a payment gateway. The platform allows customers to log in to their account, save orders, get reminders of purchased cakes, and receive alerts for birthdays. The project, which involved a team of four developers and 2-3 additional personnel, spanned from June 2018 to September 2020 and cost $3,400.

The CEO of an IT asset disposition (ITAD) company hired ITFAQ to develop a dedicated solution to plug into their ERP. The team from ITFAQ, which consisted of 2-5 employees, was selected for the project due to their culture fit and a recommendation. The scope of work involved analyzing the company's needs, studying their ERP and future integrations, and proposing solutions with a 360° vision.

Al Mawashi, a global leader in the livestock & meat industry, engaged ITFAQ to upgrade their outdated e-commerce solution. The goal was to improve the service, customer experience, and marketplace availability. ITFAQ helped with the design, technical infrastructure, and feature implementation. The project was successful, enabling Al Mawashi to cope with the pandemic and increase their online sales. The ITFAQ team, which included a salesperson and a project manager, was chosen from several solution providers due to their capability, creativity, and support. The scope of work included the development of native mobile apps for Android, iOS, and Huawei, a customized e-commerce management platform, a web store, a marketplace, a vendor orders & item portal, and a customized corporate order module for internal use.
