BRITECITY

BRITECITY was hired by Creal & Creal, an accountancy firm, to migrate physical server data to the cloud and enhance their remote working capability. BRITECITY's team of 2-5 employees successfully transferred the firm's servers and multiple data drives onto the Azure platform, and set up virtual desktops for remote access. They also installed new laptops with docking stations for employees who work both from home and in the office. Additionally, they moved all of the firm's day-to-day software to Azure and configured Zoom and Teams to work in the cloud, ensuring 100% remote operability.

BRITECITY was also engaged by a nonprofit organization that operates three healthcare clinics. The organization needed to update its decade-old OS and convert its web-based Outlook email to a cloud-based one. BRITECITY provided on-site and off-site managed IT services, upgraded their cybersecurity software, updated their hardware, and provided web maintenance services. They are currently advising the organization on hardware upgrades and improving their WiFi connection by installing more hotspots. The organization has invested around $20,000-$25,000 on the current project with BRITECITY.

Another project undertaken by BRITECITY involved providing managed IT services to a local CPA firm with 10 employees. The firm was seeking reliable and consistently available IT management. BRITECITY was chosen for the job based on a referral and a successful interview. Their service package included ensuring the firm was up and running, implementing appropriate security measures, and providing backup and readiness to work. The firm had the opportunity to work with many IT professionals from BRITECITY, fulfilling various roles.
