Blackrock Labs was engaged by The Pet Spa, a Dubai-based pet store, to enhance their social media presence and graphic design. The Pet Spa sought a more professional look for their promotional material and social media platforms. Blackrock Labs implemented a trial period to understand the company's goals and created 3-5 posts that were well received by clients. They now manage The Pet Spa's Facebook and Instagram accounts and produce optimized posters and photographs for advertising, product launches, and promotional events. The partnership, which began in July 2021, has cost The Pet Spa approximately $2,600 so far.

In another project, Blackrock Labs worked with Groomers, a health and fitness platform, to attract vendors and service seekers to their platform. The company created an animated video, designed ad campaigns, and developed content for the website. The video was produced in-house at Blackrock Labs' studio. The project, which ran from July to November 2022, cost Groomers roughly $750 and was facilitated by a team of two direct contacts with additional behind-the-scenes support.

Blackrock Labs was also contracted by TrueTech ApS, an IT software development company, for web development and Dynamics 365 and Power platform development. The project was referred to Blackrock Labs due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and good value for cost. The team of 2-5 employees from Blackrock Labs was responsible for the development of the website and a Dynamics 365 project related to marketing. The scope of work also included Power platform development.
