BringOnBoard

BringOnBoard was contracted by a consulting and HR tech company to develop a custom HR tech solution. The company's product owner found BringOnBoard through a referral, drawn to their results-driven, agile, and cooperative approach. The project began with a discovery workshop where the two teams discussed the business challenges and existing HR tech solutions, before moving on to workflows, front-end designs, and coding. BringOnBoard's three-person core team, consisting of a project leader, a project manager, and a junior developer, worked in two-week sprints to complete the project. The final product supports a feedback culture and performance appraisal processes and reports.

In another project, BringOnBoard was hired by Bindr, a UK-based virtual platform for students, to augment their development team. BringOnBoard provided two developers to work on the full-stack development of custom software to keep students socially connected. The platform, built primarily in React and Node.js, features a study session function where students can join a muted video conference while still having access to the camera and chat. The platform also includes a login and account system, and additional features that make it easy to join and sign up for live study sessions. The project, which began in May 2021, is ongoing with continuous iterations based on customer feedback.
