Brilliant IT collaborated with WarmDevs, an outsourcing company, to build a robust invoice management system for a client in the restaurant industry. The main goal was to streamline the processing of invoices to ensure all payments, including employee salaries, were fulfilled. Brilliant IT conducted research, built a database, and developed an ecosystem that gathers all the APIs. They also created a script which ran on the cloud every night at 3 a.m., to import invoices into Airtable. The engagement, which cost WarmDevs $25,000, successfully ran from January to March 2022.

In another project, Brilliant IT helped Vapzone, a cryptocurrency trading organization, automate its data collection and analysis process. The existing platforms did not provide the desired analysis approach, so Brilliant IT developed a system to aggregate data from different market accounts in one place and analyze it according to Vapzone's requirements. The solution enabled automatic alerts about specific market situations of interest to the client. The engagement, which cost Vapzone around $20,000, was successfully completed between March and August 2021.

Brilliant IT was also hired by a construction firm to develop a website to showcase its residential and condo projects. The goal was to provide detailed information about the company and its projects to clients. After several reviews and updates, Brilliant IT delivered a draft website that met the client's requirements with only a few minor adjustments needed. The team's project manager and lead designer were the main points of contact during the project. The client was satisfied with the deliverables and the overall outcome of the project.
