Brilliant Experience was engaged by a large technology company to conduct user research focused on how young people use mobile phones. The company had noticed a decline in usage among teens and young adults and sought to understand the alternatives this demographic was utilizing. Brilliant Experience assisted with the logistics of the U.S. portion of the research, running a five-day digital survey involving several hundred respondents and coordinating a video diary section with about 30 participants. They also managed face-to-face interviews, in-person analysis sessions, and handled any issues arising during the field work.
