BrightDock

BrightDock was hired by Seller Snap, an eCommerce service provider, to improve the UX of their software. The decision to hire BrightDock was influenced by their strong communication skills, successful portfolio, and comprehensive research carried out prior to the design phase. The project was executed in three major stages: research, UX, and UI. Seller Snap worked closely with a direct account manager from BrightDock, who provided regular check-ins with the CEO and design teams.

In a different project, BrightDock was contracted by a strategic design studio to develop numerous websites for a variety of clients. The studio selected BrightDock for their responsiveness, accuracy, and collaborative mindset. The scope of work involved building a website from scratch until it went live. The studio's main point of contact was Mateo, who led a team of developers that varied depending on the project phase.

Quantum-Touch, Inc., an energy healing company, brought on BrightDock to completely redesign their outdated website. BrightDock was chosen for their positive reviews. The COO of Quantum-Touch provided some initial ideas for the website, and BrightDock made the design process straightforward with a few rounds of revisions based on feedback. The COO had one main point of contact throughout the project.
