Bright IT was hired by eventWorld, a ticketing platform, to develop a new microservice-based infrastructure to enable high load management for their ticket transaction processes. The previous system was not capable of handling high loads and had an outdated user interface. Bright IT worked alongside eventWorld's in-house developers and a team of eight from Bright IT, including a scrum master and an acting CTO. The project ran from June 2019 to April 2020. The CEO of eventWorld praised Bright IT for their expertise and integrity, and appreciated their ability to lead the project while providing support to selected in-house developers. The project was successful, with Bright IT handing over to the newly built in-house development team at the end of the engagement.
