Bright Interactive

Bright Interactive provided web hosting, IT support, and development for an electrical contractor company. The company, which specializes in repairs and maintenance, sought to improve their administration management. Prior to Bright Interactive's involvement, the company was struggling to manage 10,000 to 15,000 individual jobs each year using a manual system. Bright Interactive developed the company's IT system and applications, enabling them to handle 35,000 to 40,000 jobs annually. The company has been working with Bright Interactive since 2005 and the relationship is still ongoing.

Bright Interactive undertook custom development for a small asset management firm. The firm had initially been exploring various software solutions but found it difficult to be authoritative on any single software solution. Bright Interactive was identified through a web search and was chosen for their multilingual solution. The scope of work included rapid customizations, redevelopment of user interface, and setting up servers. Bright Interactive's work revolved around custom development and modifications of the firm's solution. The firm has been in a relationship with Bright Interactive since 2007 or 2008.

Bright Interactive implemented a Django-based website for a travel and leisure firm. The firm, which arranges challenges for groups or independent travelers, sought to replace their old database but were unsure of what was realistic and feasible. Bright Interactive helped define the requirements and scope the project deployment. They handled all technical details, including data preparation and migration, systems integration and configuration, hosting setup, testing, quality assurance, content optimization, tagging, and information architecture. The site was completed in October 2013.
