Highlights from Recent Projects
Bridgehead IT was hired by LASO Health Inc. to develop a mobile application aimed at connecting healthcare providers directly to patients. The project started from a concept on paper and extensive market research, with the goal of creating a modern mobile application that had the power and complexity of an Uber-like platform. The initial scope of work was to build an MVP mobile app product for consumers and an integrated web-based product for healthcare providers. The technology used was Flutter, which was relatively new in 2019, but the Lead Developer had confidence that it was mature enough to serve both iOS and Android devices. The project was completed in 4 months, from sketch to UX/UI design to fully functional MVP products. The Bridgehead IT team, including a Lead Developer, Project Manager, several coders and testers, and the company's COO, delivered the project successfully.
Bridgehead IT was hired by a real estate company to migrate their on-premise Exchange server to Office365. The company chose Bridgehead IT as their partner for this project due to their previous experience with similar migrations. The project started with ensuring the company's Active Directory environment was set to best practices. The team then configured the on-premise Exchange server to have connectors to and from Office365 and began the process of moving over 600 mailboxes to Office365 in stages. Despite some hiccups along the way, the Bridgehead IT team, led by a Director, COO, Project Lead, and Implementer, was able to resolve issues quickly and complete the migration successfully.
