Brick & Monitor was hired by a private family grantmaking foundation for a website overhaul. The client desired a refreshed aesthetic and a more streamlined user experience to facilitate easier navigation for grant applicants. The project involved concept creation, strategy development, and post-deployment support. The client contributed to the project by providing guidelines, a new menu layout, text, and selected images for the site. The company was selected from among five nationally recognized firms.

In another project, a Washington DC-based real estate development firm enlisted the services of Brick & Monitor to build a new website. The team from Brick & Monitor designed and developed a new WordPress site which involved conception to full custom backend work. The client had previously seen and liked the work done by Brick & Monitor for a similar company in a different market, leading to their selection. The project, which involved 2-3 people from their team, started in February 2020 and concluded in July 2020 with a total investment of $6,000.

Brick & Monitor was also engaged by a commercial real estate brokerage firm to upgrade their website. The client wanted to implement automation and other upgrades that their previous platform, Hubspot, did not allow. Brick & Monitor delivered website and automation development, made the website mobile responsive, and improved the backend for easier management. They also improved the website's SEO, changed some content for branding purposes, and used Elementor for website management. The project, which is set to finish soon, had a total budget of $10,000. The client was impressed with Brick & Monitor's skills and previous accomplishments, leading to their selection.
