Brick & Monitor

Brick & Monitor was engaged by a Washington DC-based real estate development firm to create a new WordPress website. The project, which ran from February to July 2020, involved full custom backend work and was completed by a small team of 2-3 people. The firm chose to work with Brick & Monitor due to their direct and personal approach, as well as their previous work with a similar company in a different market. The project cost was $6,000.

In a separate project, Brick & Monitor was hired by a commercial real estate brokerage firm to revamp their website and implement automation. The project, which started in January 2021 and is still ongoing, involved making the website responsive to mobile devices, improving the SEO, and implementing automation from the firm's Salesforce to the website. The project was handled by two people, a project manager and the Principal & Director of Brick & Monitor. The total cost of the project is estimated to be $10,000.

Lastly, Brick & Monitor was hired by a private family grantmaking foundation for a website overhaul. The foundation wanted to refresh the aesthetics of the site and provide a more streamlined user experience for grant applicants. The project involved concept, strategy, development, and post-deployment support. The foundation provided guidelines, a new menu layout, text, and selected images for the site. The team at Brick & Monitor was chosen after considering five nationally recognized firms.
