Brenolabs was hired by a digital healthcare platform to meet the sudden demand for telemedicine due to COVID-19. The team developed a complete telemedicine frontend and backend, including a payment gateway and a peer-to-peer video conferencing system. The system was designed to integrate with the existing patient database, enabling patients to request appointments, make payments, and connect with doctors via video. The project, which cost less than $10,000, was completed in a span of two months from April to June 2020. The initial beta version was rolled out at the end of April, with further improvements and feature additions made in May and June.
In a separate project, Brenolabs worked with FSJ Solutions, an education software company, to revamp a bank client's loan application processes and data. Brenolabs used JavaScript to implement the defined business processes on various IBM systems. The team also developed an e-schooling system for virtual schooling during the pandemic. The project, which ran from September 2018 to March 2020, cost over $200,000. Some parts of the e-schooling system were developed from scratch, while others were integrated with existing systems with documented APIs.
