Bravelogy was hired by Antma IT to develop an HR Solution for a project management business. The main challenges were the budget and the delivery time. Bravelogy proposed an agile approach and conducted a workshop to revisit the scope and define the MVP scope. They delivered mock-ups and a vision of the future solution. This allowed Antma IT's customers to present the idea to their potential clients and collect funding. The next step was the implementation of the MVP scope, including a web application and a PWA version supporting some functionalities. The project involved four people from Bravelogy's team: a UX/UI Product Owner, a Backend Lead Developer, a Frontend Developer, and a DevOps Engineer.

In another project, an electromobility company hired Bravelogy for the development of a POC app for managing charging stations. The vendor was selected based on a previous successful collaboration. The project started with a workshop to agree on the scope, followed by the delivery of application views and an interactive prototype. The programming work was conducted in two-week sprints, focusing initially on integration with the charging station using API, then on the web application, and finally on IOS applications and testing. The project involved up to six people from Bravelogy's team.

Bravelogy was also engaged by a Health and Wellness Firm to build a web platform, a CRM system, and a mobile app. The CRM system was tailor-made for the firm's needs and included features for handling all payment methods, invoices, and medication processes. The mobile app was developed to service lower-income clients with health coaching. The projects utilized technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, and Objective-C. The engagement is ongoing, with continuous consultation with Bravelogy's Digital Transformation Consultant. The projects involved a team of software engineers, designers, and a backend developer from Bravelogy.
