BrandHoot was enlisted by a public affairs and public relations firm in Minneapolis to assist with the web development needs of one of their clients, a non-profit focused on long-term care and aging issues. The project involved updating a WordPress website, adding features such as quizzes, an interactive map, and new tabs featuring weekly content. BrandHoot also provided backend support. The client was pleased with the results and continued to work with BrandHoot, renewing their contract for the following year.
For a Chamber of Commerce, BrandHoot developed a web platform aimed at connecting employers and potential employees. The project started with a year of market research, platform analysis, and community interviews, followed by the creation of wireframes, a prototype template, and finally, the website itself. The site functions like an online job board, with various features for sorting and verifying membership. The collaboration with BrandHoot was ongoing, with the website going live in March 2018.
BrandHoot was approached by an electricity company for a website redesign. The company had already developed specific designs internally, which BrandHoot used as a roadmap. The redesigned website aimed to improve user interaction and ease of use. BrandHoot also designed a member secure section of the website with a focus on security and priority-based restricted access.
