Based on a positive recommendation, the agency was brought in to handle the search and primary selection of candidates for IT-related vacancies. Two IT recruiters from Brainy Agency were assigned to manage the process, which involved supporting candidates through the hiring process and maintaining contact after placement. The collaboration was deemed successful and the client was satisfied with the agency's service.

In another project, Brainy Agency was hired by Weinmann Emergency, a medical technology company, to provide recruitment services. The agency was tasked with finding four senior developers with experience in the healthcare and medical devices domains. Three teammates from Brainy Agency were assigned to this project. Through a successful referral, the agency was able to deliver on the scope of work, meeting the client's recruitment needs.

Lastly, Brainy Agency was contracted by an IT services company to source top IT talents in Ukraine.
