The recruitment firm was tasked to shorten the time-to-hire, access a wider pool of qualified candidates across Europe, and fill key roles without compromising candidate quality or cultural fit. BrainSource Network managed the full recruitment process, sourced and pre-screened candidates, coordinated interview schedules, and maintained clear communication. The partnership resulted in the successful placement of multiple hires within a few weeks.

BIScience, a data intelligence provider, hired BrainSource Network to evolve from an outstaff project into an independent company and recruit over 15 professionals to its R&D team within a year.
