Brainhint was hired by Ringier Axel Springer Polska (RASP), a large press publisher and media company in Poland, to automate several business processes. The project, which ran from June to July 2021, involved the creation of three robots. The first automated the SEO process, collecting data to create reports that supported the company's marketing activities. The second, Kolegia, automated the gathering of insights and creation of presentations for daily editorial meetings. The third, Video, downloaded video links from Facebook and YouTube and added them to the RASP's internal system. The project was successful, freeing up specialists from manual tasks and potentially increasing the company's revenues.
Brainhint was also hired by Vodeno, a leading provider of Banking as a Service (BaaS) solutions in Europe, to execute the Vodeno Partner Excellence Centre (VPEC) project. This involved implementing BaaS at Vodeno's clients and developing training materials for new implementation teams. Brainhint's team created a knowledge management platform for Vodeno, which contained technical documentation describing all processes and tasks occurring in BaaS implementation projects. They also developed a training platform with various resources, including how-to guides and multimedia components. The project was successful, improving the process of implementing BaaS at Vodeno's clients and supporting other teams in this area.
