BrainCode was hired by a design company to build a high-quality website quickly due to all internal employees being assigned to other projects. The aim was to develop the website swiftly and integrate various third-party connections to increase traffic. BrainCode was selected for their speed and experience, having been recommended by Invest in Pomerania. The project involved initial design, planning for third-party applications to improve lead generation, and weekly delivery of website sections. The team comprised a project manager, a frontend developer, a backend developer, a designer, and a tester. The project was successfully completed after final tests and approvals.

A recruiting and outsourcing company contracted BrainCode to develop an application tracking system (ATS) to streamline their business operations. The goal was to automate more processes to improve efficiency in the labor-intensive recruiting industry. BrainCode was chosen for their understanding of the industry and its specific needs. The project started with a discovery session, followed by design, development, and extensive testing. The project manager liaised with the client and the rest of the team, which included a designer and frontend and backend developers. The aim was to maintain the company's public service standards while increasing efficiency. BrainCode developed a digital processing system to manage tenders online, enabling specific departments to address issued invoices in real-time. The software automated internal circulation without disrupting other operative flows. The project, which ran from December 2017 to June 2018, was successful, and BrainCode continues to provide support as needed.
