BPO Nextdoor

BPO Nextdoor was contracted by UGPS, a packaging solution company, to provide lead generation services. The company was in need of a database of potential clients. BPO Nextdoor successfully generated leads, made cold calls, and wrote introductory letters, working closely with the head of sales at UGPS. The engagement, which took place in April 2022, saw an investment of $5,000 from UGPS.

CCS, a company offering software and services for the digitization of historical documents, hired BPO Nextdoor for transcription services. The project involved transcribing 200-year-old handwritten Cyrillic documents. After a quick survey of three BPO companies, BPO Nextdoor was selected for their price/performance ratio and recommendation from a business partner. The team, which started with three operators and ramped up to ten at its peak, was quickly trained to use CCS's software tools. Despite challenges caused by war, the team remained committed to the project, met all deadlines, and achieved satisfactory quality levels.

Landau Media, a company providing media monitoring and analysis services, enlisted BPO Nextdoor to provide additional production capacity for their early morning press review services. The project involved finding relevant media output of the day according to customer requirements, filtering and sorting the content, and delivering a clearly structured press review with a strict early morning deadline. BPO Nextdoor was selected for the project due to their competitive pricing and culture fit. The team, which consisted of 2-5 employees, successfully met the project's requirements and deadlines.
