Box Clever

Box Clever was hired by a health regulatory body to redesign their outdated and disorganized website. After a competitive selection process, Box Clever was chosen due to their impressive presentation and proposed solution. The project, which involved a project kick-off and the design of a wireframe, took longer than expected due to the pandemic. Despite this, the Box Clever team, consisting of an account manager, a developer, and a content advisor, worked diligently to complete the project.

Sagewood Communications Solutions Ltd., a communication, marketing, and public relations company, engaged Box Clever to develop functional and aesthetically pleasing websites for their clients. Box Clever was chosen due to their high ratings, proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and alignment with Sagewood's company values. The scope of work included custom website design and development, integrated staff and department directory, graphics and illustrations, custom CMS and site search, hosting, training, project management, and ongoing support. The project was successfully executed by a single employee from Box Clever.

The University of Alberta Museums contracted Box Clever for a custom software development project. The goal was to create a single-point of access search site for their extensive museum collections. Box Clever was selected based on their high ratings, cultural fit, and alignment with the university's values. The project involved evaluating current search sites, gathering stakeholder feedback, developing a sustainable online search site framework, and producing a responsive, functional, and secure search site. The project was successfully executed by a team of 2-5 employees from Box Clever.
