The project involved creating an app that increased patient engagement, with features such as push notifications for appointments and educational content. The Bottle Rocket team, which included strategists, designers, and project managers, worked closely with the client to narrow down a list of 90 potential features to the top 10, based on feasibility and impact. Although the project was completed in August 2017, the client was impressed with Bottle Rocket's customer-focused approach and their commitment to providing high-quality designs.

In another project, Bottle Rocket was hired by a healthcare company to develop a healthcare administration application for insurance administration. The application targeted individual members, insurance providers, and employers. The Bottle Rocket team comprised over 15 members who worked on creating user-friendly interfaces, mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android platforms, secure data storage, and comprehensive documentation. ISN Software Corporation, a global leader in contractor and supplier information management, engaged Bottle Rocket to assist with the creation of a Business to Consumer Mobile Application. The application was designed to supplement their main offering, ISNetworld. Bottle Rocket was responsible for refining the core features and managing the execution of future roadmap items. The partnership lasted over 2.5 years, during which Bottle Rocket helped refine usability, enhance existing features, and bring new solutions to market.
