In the healthcare sector, Botodata developed a chatbot for a medium-sized clinic to digitize their clinical pathway. The project aimed to transition the cumbersome manual process of patient consultations to an online platform. Botodata processed a significant amount of raw data from patient consultations to create an algorithm that would generate recommendations and potential prescriptions based on patient responses. The system, designed to process future entries autonomously, was completed on the backend, with the clinic now seeking an app developer for mobile implementation.
