The Bot Forge

The Bot Forge was hired by a marketing analytics consultancy to develop a proof-of-concept for a retail client. The goal was to create a custom virtual agent using Dialogflow CX to demonstrate the potential of conversational AI in the digital customer journey. The project resulted in a live, functional proof-of-concept of an intelligent virtual agent deployed on Google Maps using the Google Business Messenger API and Dialogflow CX. The consultancy CEO worked directly with Adrian from The Bot Forge and was satisfied with the outcome of the project.

The Bot Forge worked with a luxury beauty brand to create a chatbot for their multisite website, aiming to provide a product selector and quiz option for customers in multiple languages. The chatbot was also designed to enable email updates for customers and connect with WhatsApp. The beauty brand CEO worked with two team members from The Bot Forge and was pleased with the company's understanding of their needs and the successful execution of the project.

The Bot Forge partnered with a content and advertising services company to develop a business initiative for the Christmas season. The project started with a series of meetings to flesh out the brief and identify the most feasible idea, which was then executed. The marketing director of the company mainly worked with Adrian, the Director of The Bot Forge, and was satisfied with the progress of the ongoing partnership, which started in October 2022. The company invested approximately $2,400 in this project.
