Boston Byte

Boston Byte was hired by Assabet Dental Group to create a custom patient engagement software to increase patient engagement and loyalty, provide better treatment scenarios for doctors, and generate analytics on patient visits. The software provides a snapshot view of all patients or appointments for any given time period, facilitates communication between the care coordinator and the patient, and offers post-care communication between the doctor and the patient. The software also includes features like visit analytics, reminders, and alerts. The project was led by a project manager from Boston Byte who worked closely with the Assabet Dental Group to ensure all requirements were met.

A digital agency enlisted the services of Boston Byte primarily as a QA resource for their software development projects. Boston Byte represented the agency's offshore QA team, attending daily standups meetings, building test cases, executing the test cases once the software was ready, creating bug tickets, and running regression testing once the software was ready to be delivered. The team utilized technologies such as TestRail for capturing test cases, building out test suites, and managing regression tests. They also used a cross-browser testing tool to ensure the website was tested in all relevant browsers and devices.

Boston Byte was hired by a filmed content company for ERP development. The goal of the project was to allow the company's team to empower creativity. Boston Byte developed a modular cloud app for location database control and AI mapping, cost controlling, budget integration, talent management, hospitality and experience design and handling, and expense control. The project included a holistic approach with implementation and one on one adjustments with the company's process owners. The project was led by a project leader from Boston Byte, with support from a design thinking team, a project manager, and developers.
