Highlights from Recent Projects
Borne Digital was hired by a London-based startup to develop a social recommendation mobile application. The client sought external assistance to create a functioning application and Borne Digital rose to the challenge by developing the prototype and handling the backend development from scratch. The final product was a native iOS app made using PHP, with databases hosted on DigitalOcean. The client praised Borne Digital for their detailed assessment of the work, which began in May 2019 and is ongoing.
Borne Digital was tasked with creating iOS and Android apps for WGC, an outsourced facilities management company. The goal was to develop an easy-to-use application that would allow team members to manage their employment with WGC. Borne Digital was chosen after a three-month search and shortlisting process, impressing the client with their understanding of the project's needs. They delivered several mock-ups and used the client's input to achieve great results.
Urban Self Defence, a self-defense program, engaged Borne Digital to design, brand, and develop a subscription app. Borne Digital worked closely with the client, coming up with creative ideas for the interface and assisting with the branding. The app, which was built for both iOS and Android, enables users to learn self-defense online. The client appreciated Borne Digital's creative ideas and the team's proactive approach throughout the project, which ran from October 2019 to February 2021.
