Boostmont successfully completed a DevOps staff augmentation project for Umba, a digital bank operating in Kenya and Nigeria. The CEO of Umba, who found Boostmont through a referral, hired one of their employees for the project. The key deliverables included Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps. As a result of this project, Umba was able to enhance its operational efficiency and reliability.

Boostmont was also hired by Ample, an HR company, to develop a web application. The founder of Ample discovered Boostmont via LinkedIn outreach. A team of 2-5 employees from Boostmont was assigned to the project. The main goal was to create a clickable prototype that would illustrate two use cases - hiring and workforce planning. The prototype also served as support for marketing and storytelling collateral. The project was accomplished within the budget and aligned with the company's values, proving Boostmont's value for cost and team strength.

Lastly, Boostmont provided BI & Big Data consulting for a comprehensive risk management consulting company. The IT Project Manager of the company found Boostmont on LinkedIn and chose them due to their high ratings and culture fit. A team of 2-5 employees from Boostmont was assigned to the project. The scope of work included the development of a KPI Dashboard and Finance & Operations reports, along with ongoing IT support, documentation, and guidance. The project was successfully completed, enhancing the consulting company's data visualization and BI solutions.
