BonBon Strategic successfully completed a project for Aced Homes Contracting, a residential remodeling company. The owner was struggling with the frontend of his business, including setting up a phone line, streamlining estimates, and organizing financials. Additionally, he needed assistance in hiring employees. BonBon Strategic implemented a 504 business line to redirect client calls, organized the business using QuickBooks for better financial tracking, and automated billings for business expenses. They also managed the hiring process, posting ads, conducting preliminary interviews, and narrowing down candidates. The owner only had to interact with 5-10 qualified candidates, saving him valuable time. The project lasted from March to May 2022 and cost $2,500.

For Couple Health, a therapy platform, BonBon Strategic executed a web rebrand and digital marketing project. The owner needed to create a platform to support and grow a client email list to offer courses and promote her therapeutic practice. BonBon Strategic helped by rebranding the website, setting up ActiveCampaign CRM, creating landing pages, newsletters, email sequences, and automation. They also wrote copy for various materials, created PDF flyers and downloadables in Canva, and coordinated with a business coach to increase and diversify revenue streams. Currently, the CEO of BonBon Strategic acts as the COO of Couple Health, meeting weekly for accountability and strategic planning meetings.
