Highlights from Recent Projects
BomberJacket Networks successfully addressed WiFi connectivity issues at Cub Foods, a grocery store under Jerry's Enterprises. The store was experiencing difficulties with their Instacart program due to a weak WiFi signal, causing delays in delivering groceries to customers' cars. BomberJacket assessed the network problems and identified three areas with poor WiFi signal. After approval from the store's IT head, BomberJacket installed a solution to boost the signal, improving the store's ability to fulfill orders promptly. The project, which cost between $15,000 and $20,000, ran from November to December 2020.
In another project, BomberJacket Networks upgraded the wireless network of a retail grocery store. The store's wired and wireless network had reached the end of its lifecycle and required an update. BomberJacket analyzed the environments, created a capacity design, and implemented it to meet coverage and capacity requirements. The store director commended BomberJacket for their professionalism. Mike Bramm, the lead contact, and two IT specialists from BomberJacket worked on this project.
BomberJacket Networks also undertook a network upgrade for a family practice medical clinic. The clinic needed to replace all the network switches for its telephone system as the existing ones were end-of-life. BomberJacket provided quotes for different options, demonstrated each one, and swapped out the equipment after the clinic made a selection. They also built the network and provided ongoing support. The clinic's IT manager, who has been working with BomberJacket for nearly 20 years, appreciated their work on this project, which started in August 2020 and cost around $88,000.
