Highlights from Recent Projects
Boldheart was engaged by Valora, a Swiss retail and food service holding company, to design, develop, and scale a software ecosystem consisting of four interconnected web and mobile applications. The project also involved devising a go-to-market strategy. The team at Boldheart worked closely with Valora to understand the critical success factors of quick commerce models and develop a software ecosystem that included a customer-facing mobile application and internal applications for stock management, order processing, and delivery. The project was completed in three months, and Boldheart continued to support Valora by iterating the product based on user feedback and implementing new features.
Boldheart was hired by Purpose GmbH, a social networking platform, to scope and develop the first minimum viable product (MVP), pivot the product, and establish continuous product discovery. The scope of work included scoping and developing the MVP, using user feedback to guide strategic product development pivots, and defining relevant product KPIs. The team at Boldheart also helped Purpose GmbH create a targeted go-to-market strategy and recruit early engineering team members. The collaboration resulted in the successful launch of the new product and continuous product discovery throughout the project's lifecycle.
Bridl, a digital marketplace for premium sports horses, hired Boldheart to define the scope of their marketplace MVP, design and develop the MVP, and iterate and scale the tech product. The project began with an analysis of the existing application and the definition of the MVP framework. The team at Boldheart then designed a comprehensive UI/UX that aligned with the established scope and set up the backend infrastructure to support the application. The MVP was developed swiftly and transparently, with clear communication maintained throughout the process. After the launch, Boldheart quickly rectified any identified bugs and integrated new features based on user feedback.
