The scope of the project included three design sprints and some coding. The Boana team, led by Johannes and Ewa, were chosen for their expertise in UX-focused design sprints and their ability to seamlessly transition from design screens to coding. The project, which cost between $25,000 and $50,000, was completed between July and August 2020. In another project, Boana was hired by Meisterwerk, a B2B product company, to validate processes and conduct market research for a construction tech app. The scope of the project included creating design mockups, conducting market research, and analyzing user and consumer behavior.
