Blumilk was hired by a software provider to the insurance market in Poland to revamp a crucial backend part of their system. The goal was to construct a massive, scalable service that could connect to their current software across global markets. The solution aimed to unify connections to insurer APIs in Poland and other countries. The project, which was led by three senior developers and a technical lead, was successful and has improved the company's revenues and performance. The system is continuously enhanced and expanded to accommodate other insurer APIs, microservices, and countries.
In another project, Blumilk was contracted by a freelance IT specialist to assist in developing an online learning platform for a university in Poland. Blumilk, acting as the development team, built the platform from scratch using Laravel PHP and Livewire. The platform, which consisted of separate areas for teachers and students, hosted video courses with text transcriptions, textbooks, and questionnaires. Three members from Blumilk were assigned to this project, which ran from December 2020 until March 2021. The platform was successfully developed within the short timeframe, and the cost of the project ranged between $20,000-$25,000.
