BlueSteel Cybersecurity was engaged by SYTERA, LLC, a professional training services company supporting the Defense Department, to understand and attain compliance with emerging cybersecurity requirements and standards. BlueSteel was chosen for their ability to clearly explain their offer and its necessity. The project involved meeting the NIST 800-171 Security Program requirements, with key deliverables including periodic remote testing, support through an automated help desk system, subscriptions to encryption and protective software, and the development of final plans and policies to meet compliance requirements.
