Blueshirt Media successfully collaborated with Livengrin Foundation Inc., a substance use disorder treatment facility. The foundation hired Blueshirt Media to manage their call center services, aiming specifically to optimize their service in terms of answering client calls efficiently. Blueshirt Media was chosen by the foundation as their company values resonated with the latter, making them a perfect fit for this project. A dedicated team of 2-5 Blueshirt Media employees were assigned for this task.

The scope of the work was intensive, with Blueshirt Media handling over 650 calls monthly. The highlight of their service was that no calls were missed since the project went live. Also, Blueshirt Media ensured a multilingual coverage, catering to English, Spanish, and Russian customers, which further enhanced their customer service. Another significant aspect was maintaining the service 24/7, including weekends and holidays.

The outcome of the project was highly successful, with Blueshirt Media not only meeting the set objectives but also exceeding them. They managed to secure 34 direct treatment transfers every month. Additionally, the project resulted in acquiring 175 new DUI clients for the foundation. Other notable deliverables included providing a brief summary of the conversation to the foundation and sending a text message to the client if required. This project's success clearly indicates Blueshirt Media's proficiency in providing outstanding call center services.
