Bluebird Technologies

Bluebird Technologies was hired by a data analytics and software development consulting firm to augment their existing software development team and bring in additional senior development expertise. The project involved the full scoping, design, and implementation of a credit platform for a large client to create a new digital market offering. Bluebird augmented the existing team, which varied between 5 and 8 people, by adding one additional software developer. The team was selected through a mutual reference, followed by CV reviews and interviews of candidates.

For Aurora Sustainability, Bluebird Technologies was tasked with building custom software critical to the company's product. The project was carried out based on designs and a brief provided by Aurora, with Bluebird implementing the work while collaborating with a technical product manager from the Aurora team. The Bluebird team consisted of the CEO and a senior developer. The company was selected based on its excellent reputation and reasonable pricing for the quality of their skills.

Bluebird Technologies was contracted by Fintec Lab, a payment processing company, to develop a new product offering corporate entities and mid-sized companies a collections platform. Bluebird helped conceptualize and prototype the product, built a low-fidelity prototype, developed specifications for development, and assisted with the production, development, and deployment of a React web application. They also built a REST API that clients could integrate into their storefront experiences or mobile apps. The Bluebird team consisted of the founder, who acted as a project manager, and software developers. Bluebird was chosen based on a previous successful collaboration. The project lasted from June 2019 to May 2020.
