The platform, which supports both users and administrators, allows users to apply for services, place orders, and receive authorization from their employers. The team at Blue Tea Software used a SQL database, Ruby on Rails architecture, and a standard HTML frontend for the project. Since the project's inception in June 2018, AVC Wise has invested approximately $593,000 USD and continues to spend around $198,000 USD per year for ongoing support and development.

In a partnership with Ripple Suicide Prevention, Blue Tea Software created a browser extension that intercepts harmful online content and redirects users to mental health support options. The project aimed to create an intuitive, eye-catching plugin that could save lives by providing immediate access to suicide prevention charities. The extension was developed from start to finish by a team of five, including the Chief Technology Officer and designers. The team's expertise, ethical approach, and customer service were key factors in the successful completion of the project.

Blue Tea Software was hired by Brandon Medical, a manufacturer of medical equipment, to develop a custom software to control the AV environment in operating rooms. The team at Blue Tea was involved in every step of the process, from project management to product deployment. They also created a cloud management system for the software, building test labs in both their own facility and Brandon Medical's headquarters. The partnership, which began in March 2016, continues to this day, with an investment of over $66,000 USD made by Brandon Medical.
