Blue Archer was hired by the International Society for Bipolar Disorders, a mental health nonprofit, to redesign their outdated website and create a new database. The old website was limiting the organization's functionality due to its outdated nature. Blue Archer addressed this issue by designing a new site and creating a database that integrated seamlessly with it. The database was hosted by a service called Neon, and Blue Archer partnered with them directly. The project also involved the reorganization of content to make it more functional and user-friendly. The new site was built using an open code framework, allowing for the development of custom features that met the organization's specific needs. The initial build and launch of the site cost around $16,000, with ongoing hosting and maintenance costing less than $100 a month. The project began in March 2016 and Blue Archer continues to provide ongoing maintenance and feature development.
