BlitzBrain

BlitzBrain was contracted by Peritus.AI to develop AI assistants and intelligent service automation for IT customer service. The project involved both front-end and back-end development using Python, FastAPI, React, and NextJs. Their patented cloud-first Recommendation Engine, which uses advanced NLP and machine learning, was implemented. The team from BlitzBrain consisted of a project manager and three developers. The project was successful and met all deadlines, reflecting the high recommendation that initially led to BlitzBrain's selection.

For SkyHive, BlitzBrain developed a module for their HR software product. Despite incomplete technical documentation and a large code base, BlitzBrain was able to understand the architecture in a short time and offer several suitable options for the new module.
