Blenderbox was contracted by a government agency in the Northeastern United States to redesign their seven-year-old website to improve user experience and adapt to changing technological trends. The scope of the project involved consulting with stakeholders, conducting focus groups, and analyzing existing web components to ensure all internal requirements were met. Blenderbox discovered that most of the website's traffic came from mobile platforms, leading them to shift the website to a mobile-first approach. They built new code to redesign the user interface and secure integrations with backend systems. The company streamlined the previous desktop-centric, image-heavy model to better reflect how modern users interact with the site. Currently, Blenderbox provides routine maintenance to the website.
