Blankon Technology Solutions (Blankontech) was hired by a home and local services marketplace in Southeast Asia to provide software quality assurance services. The company needed to ensure the usability and functionality of its mobile app that connects customers and vendors for home repairs and improvement services. Blankontech's role included reviewing product requirements, preparing and executing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and reporting findings to the client's engineering and product management team.
