BlackSeed was hired by a transport and logistics company to develop a transport brokerage platform. Initially, the team was tasked with writing a product backlog and developing a prototype. After presenting the prototype and providing technical advice, BlackSeed was then commissioned to develop a full-fledged web application and a mobile version. The web application was designed to manage booking and transportation orders, with back-office and real-time marketplace modules for internal and external users respectively. The mobile version was intended for drivers to trade or accept orders, confirm and send documentation. The project was successfully completed by a team of Java developers, a Quality Assurance/Scrum Master, JavaScript specialists, a UI/UX designer, and a product owner.
