Blackburn Labs

Blackburn Labs was hired by a national affordable housing syndication/investment firm to develop a mobile application used for on-site property inspection procedures. The primary goal was to allow bi-directional integration of data between the main database system and the mobile application. Blackburn Labs took over the project from another firm and assigned two dedicated resources to it. The scope of work involved updating the mobile app and integrating data and communication between the main database and the mobile application.

Sanity Warriors, a life management services company, contracted Blackburn Labs to create and design their website. The founder of Sanity Warriors had a vague concept and Blackburn Labs turned it into a beautiful website that reflected the founder's personality with little to no work on her end. The project was rushed and Blackburn Labs built a WordPress site hosted by DreamHost. The founder worked closely with a web developer named Norma through email and virtual meetings.

Yarde Holdings LLC, a company in the substance abuse and mental health field, hired Blackburn Labs for data analysis of insurance in the state of South Carolina in the county of Beaufort. Blackburn Labs was found through the Clutch Site and chosen for their high ratings and aligned company values. Between 2-5 employees were assigned to this project. The client praised Blackburn Labs for their amazing research skills in gathering data about insurance at the state, county, and individual household levels in the county where the client is located.
