Black Bullet - On Target Digital Solutions

Black Bullet completed a web app development project for a food production company in Romania. The company was struggling with maintaining and managing their production data using Excel and sought a digital solution. Black Bullet developed a tool that streamlined data management from reception to the end of production. The tool was designed to be accessible throughout the plant and included a two-week testing period with feedback through Jira. The project ran from September 2018 to March 2019, costing between €35,000–€40,000. The tool consolidated all data, reception, and quantity produced at each step of the process into one platform, improving efficiency and accessibility.

Black Bullet was contracted by Calibrus, a retail financial services company, to develop custom software. The company needed a new user-facing website and an easy-to-use data input process for capturing, indexing, and storing business critical insights. Black Bullet built a new SQL-driven database, migrated existing insights to a new indexed database, and developed a real-time data input system. They also created functionalities to export output in new formats and added new filters and search options. The project involved three people from Black Bullet, including two directors and a programmer. The end result was a fast, stable, and reliable platform.

Black Bullet was hired by Europa FM, a radio station and media company, for app development. The company wanted to enhance its online presence and worked with Black Bullet on their websites and apps for smart TVs and phones. The app was built from scratch with specific requirements provided by Europa FM. The team from Black Bullet, which consisted of a project manager and the CEO, made improvements without exceeding the budget and timelines. The partnership started in September 2019 and the final package was delivered in March 2021, after which they entered the maintenance phase.
