Black Belt Productions was hired by Pathways to Education Canada to produce six pre-recorded segments for their annual fundraising gala, Grad Ball. The challenge was to shift the in-person event into a virtual broadcast due to COVID-19, necessitating a larger volume of video content than the Pathways team could produce in-house. Black Belt Productions successfully met the project goals of producing high-quality videos that maintained the Pathways brand voice and inspired viewers to donate. They worked closely with the Pathways team through multiple rounds of feedback and were flexible in meeting shifting deadlines and health restrictions for filming.

The company was also hired by a podcast dedicated to helping Canadian brokers thrive in the digital age. Black Belt Productions was chosen for their cost efficiency and production speed, which exceeded the client's expectations. They worked closely with the podcast host, Nick, to understand their needs and budget, and proposed an editing and release process that met their needs. The process allowed for efficient and quick multiple edits to achieve the desired output.

Black Belt Productions was commissioned by the Alzheimer Society of Canada (ASC) to produce two animated videos for the Alzheimer Society Research Program. The videos, which were delivered in both English and French, detailed the program and encouraged researchers to apply. Black Belt Productions was selected for their previous successful project with ASC, their fair rate, and their understanding of the complexities of the work required. The project included preliminary meetings, script delivery, an initial rough cut, a couple of rounds of feedback, selection of voice-over artists, and final video delivery. The feedback process was easy and accessible, with input sought from various departments in the organization.
