Highlights from Recent Projects
Blacc Spot Media, Inc. worked with a dental aligners business to develop a GUI for their care representatives. The goal was to allow customers to text for quick directions to the shop. The project, which ran from October 2018 to February 2019, involved several meetings to discuss requirements, programming and development of the interface, and a testing stage before going live. The project was successful, with continuous enhancements made to the service. The initial contract was valued at around $200,000, with additional costs for enhancements.
In another project, Blacc Spot Media, Inc. was hired by Capitol Corridor, a regional train service, to implement an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platform. The platform was designed to provide 24-hour support and answer queries using various systems such as Zoho Desk and GovDelivery. The project, which began in March 2019 and completed in late June, was successful and the client was satisfied with the results. The initial contract was worth $70,000, with an additional $40,000 spent on maintenance and system enhancements from July 2019 to June 2020.
Blacc Spot Media, Inc. also assisted Ad Astra, a translation and localization company, in transitioning from AT&T's RingCentral platform to Twilio. The company provided support throughout the entire migration process, which took place from April to June. Despite delays outside of Blacc Spot Media's control, the project was successfully completed, with the client spending a little more than $2,000 on their services. The client was pleased with the results and plans to work with Blacc Spot Media again in the future.
