BL3NDlabs was engaged by Fulcrum, a software platform for enterprise gig workforce strategy, for custom software platform development, UX/UI design, and marketing and brand strategy services. Fulcrum wanted to create a technology platform to revolutionize the way companies source, match, and deploy talent on a global scale. BL3NDlabs began with immersive workshops to understand the brand and product vision and then moved on to design and technology sprints. They created Fulcrum's logo, brand strategy, pitch decks, and marketing collateral for the company launch. The branding work transitioned into the design and creation of the custom software platform, which was delivered on time and on budget.
BL3NDlabs was contracted by a beauty e-commerce company to bring their platform's UX vision to life. The initial stage involved a workshop to understand the consumer problem and find solutions. The team then developed user personas, defined the value proposition, and designed the overall user experience. They worked on the look and feel of the platform, including fonts, colors, and intricate design elements. BL3NDlabs developed over 100 screens based on the existing iOS app, and created all user interactions included in the app. The MVP was launched in November 2016, and additional features and functionalities were added through 2017. The project, which cost around $200,000, resulted in over 20 different versions of the app.
