Bizmia LLC was hired by RTI, a smart home technology company, to upgrade their original site which was built on the Magento platform. The goal was to create a more modern and exceptional B2B experience that integrates fully with Salesforce CRM. Bizmia upgraded the existing RTI Magento Open Source to Magento Commerce, replaced BrainTree with new Magento Core Module, upgraded existing 36 custom modules for 2.4.0 compatibility, among other tasks. The project was executed in 3-week sprints with iterative QA planning and testing cycles. The upgraded site was successfully deployed after UAT.
