BizDriver.ai was contracted by Imotco, a Bulgarian real estate platform, to develop a fully functional AI assistant. The goal was to streamline customer interactions, automate appointment scheduling, and enhance user experience across key workflows such as listing discovery, inquiry handling, and lease preparation. BizDriver.ai delivered a custom AI assistant capable of operating directly on the Imotco.bg platform, providing features such as listing search, connecting users with real estate agents, answering platform-related FAQs, and guiding users through viewing appointments and rental documentation. The assistant was integrated with the internal calendar, CRM tools, and legal contract engine, and was deployed across Imotco's web and mobile experience. Continuous support and iterative development were also provided to ensure ongoing accuracy and improvement.

The project was a success, with BizDriver.ai demonstrating their expertise in AI development and delivering good value for cost. The AI assistant has enhanced the user experience on Imotco.bg, automating key processes and providing smart support for user inquiries and property search. The project was delivered in structured phases, including discovery and planning, AI assistant development, backend and system integration, testing and optimization, deployment and monitoring, and continuous support and iteration. Key deliverables included a fully functional AI assistant, a bilingual NLP model tailored to real estate, automated lead capture and calendar-based appointment booking, seamless backend integration with CRM, listing database, and document tools, and a dashboard for tracking AI performance and user behavior. A human-in-the-loop monitoring system was also set up for ongoing accuracy and improvement.
