BIX Tech

BIX Tech successfully developed a Power BI dashboard for NPJ, a Brazilian construction company. This project was initiated to analyze data generated and recorded in NPJ's CRM. BIX Tech was chosen for their strong experience in robust solutions. Their team of three, including a developer, analyst, and supervisor, worked closely with NPJ. They started with a briefing meeting, made necessary connection adjustments, and optimized the dashboard based on improvement notes. Their delivery was monitored by the business intelligence team and they provided all documentation along with video tutorials for maintenance and quality.

In another project, BIX Tech was hired by Nidec Motor Corporation to develop a dashboard for their Global Ocean Tracking project. The goal was to consolidate real-time shipment data from several production plants worldwide into BI analytics. BIX Tech was selected through an RFP request. The project was delivered in stages, allowing the Nidec team to adjust it according to company needs. Two resources from BIX Tech were involved in this development, helping Nidec gain clear visibility of their sea shipments and understand their operations, gaps, and opportunities better.

BIX Tech also partnered with a data science company to develop AI pieces within their platform. The scope involved learning the platform, developing the entire project, creating proofs-of-concept (POCs), and providing feedback on the platform. BIX Tech was chosen for their expertise in data science projects and consulting services. With an investment of about $5,000, the partnership with BIX Tech began in October 2022 and is ongoing. The client appreciated BIX Tech's role as a technology partner in their AI data science project.
